I don’t know if you can tell, but I am beginning to run out of viable options for Blogmas posts, but I plan to struggle through regardless and hope you continue to join me on this journey.
I have to keep going. There is literally just a week to go until Christmas. The finishing line is close.
To everyone doing Blogmas, we can do this. Only a few days to go.
Anyway, with only a week to go, it’s safe to say I am getting rather excited for what is to come. I am over the top excited actually. But how can you not? It’s a wonderful time of year.
And with this, comes several things I am still looking forward to doing before the big day arrives. There is so much to fit in!
Final presents to wrap
There may only be a week left, but that doesn’t meaning the wrapping is done with, especially when I do the wrapping for all of my family as well as for the presents I buy.
You can usually find me wrapping gifts a couple of days before Christmas Eve, so the fun continues.
Going to the Panto
On the 23rd we are heading to a local Theater to watch the Panto, just as we have done many times before, but this time, we are going to be up and close and personal with the show.
Our seats are front row, but that’s only because we booked in January!
You have to get there early to grab the best seats!
Watching Star Wars: The Last Jedi on Christmas Eve
This was a bit of a shock to me, as I absolutely adore Star Wars but my family have never really been overly thrilled about it as much as I am, but for some reason are happy to go to the Cinema on Christmas Eve. The sacrifices they make for the ones they love! What a lovely thing to do!
Last day of work until the New Year
As of the 22nd, I will officially be off the clock for an entire week. I managed to book off the last week of December so I am able to relax and spend time with my family for a bit longer than I thought. What a holiday this is turning out to be!
I can’t wait to see what I do with my week off!
Putting the Presents under the Tree
One of my favourite things to do at Christmas time, is put he Presents under the tee.
When I do his, I will most likely be watching Shrek the 3rd also. Don’t ask why, because it makes no sense to me either. Some how it has become tradition and something I just love to do.
What Are You Looking Forward To?
